To request deletion of your account and all associated data, please either fill the account deletion form on this page or send an email to sfaktorgames@gmail.com with the subject “Account Deletion Request”. Include your game username and the email address associated with the account.
How we process requests:
We will verify your request to confirm account ownership and permanently delete username, saved game progress, character data, and saved preferences within 7 business days following verification.
What may be retained temporarily:
Anonymous analytics or technical logs may be retained for up to 30 days for security and debugging. These are not linked to your identity after deletion.
